About the role

  • Act as a Senior SAP SD Consultant on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project, providing technical support to the project team in requirements analysis, process design, system configuration and support during testing, go-live and post go-live phases.
  • Ensure application of SAP S/4HANA best practices, prioritizing standard solutions, use of Fiori applications and a Clean Core approach.
  • Ensure integration of the SD module with other SAP modules and solutions.
  • Prepare, lead and document requirements gathering workshops (Workshop A and B) according to the project methodology.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes related to sales and distribution processes.
  • Identify gaps between business processes and SAP standard functionality, proposing solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
  • Configure the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module according to the design phase definitions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for required developments.
  • Support the technical team during the development of customizations and system enhancements.
  • Perform unit testing and integrated testing of configurations and developments.
  • Support and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business areas.
  • Identify and act on incidents and defects found during testing.
  • Develop training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for key users.
  • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes and implemented customizations.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives, communicating impacts and improvements of the new system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Experience configuring the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
  • Knowledge of TAXBRJ.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and leading workshops with business areas.
  • Experience modeling sales and distribution/logistics processes.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications for developments.
  • Experience with unit testing, integrated testing and supporting UAT.
  • Experience with integration between SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and the Clean Core approach.
  • Experience with configurable materials for sales and distribution (desirable).
  • Experience with SAP solutions such as TM, SAC, IBP, aATP, TaxOne (desirable).
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and BRF+ (desirable).
  • Experience in industry projects or the lubricants sector (desirable).
