About the role
- Support for messaging, productivity, and collaboration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
- Participation in M365 migration and deployment projects
- Basic support and governance for Power Platform
- Troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause investigations
- Support for Microsoft 365 license management and contracts (EA/CSP)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (IT or related fields)
- Experience supporting infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and M365 licensing
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Preferred: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation skills
- Experience with Power Platform governance and licensing reporting
