About the role

  • Support and configure SAP SD processes integrated with IS-Oil.
  • Work on sales order and delivery processes for bulk/fluid products.
  • Ensure correct conversion of quantities in IS-Oil (observed vs. standard volume).
  • Handle gain/loss variations resulting from temperature and density.
  • Ensure efficient integration between SD, TD (Transportation & Distribution) and MM.
  • Ensure billing accuracy based on adjusted quantities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory rules related to volume.
  • Participate in unit, integration and UAT testing.
  • Support key users during go-live and post go-live.
  • Prepare functional documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as an SAP SD Specialist consultant with a focus on IS-Oil.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects involving IS-Oil.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, delivery and billing processes for fluid/bulk products.
  • Experience with volume conversion (observed vs. standard).
  • Experience handling temperature and density adjustments.
  • Experience in gain/loss calculation.
  • Experience with integrations between SD, TD and MM.
  • Experience working on projects in the Realize/Build phase.
  • Experience with testing and end-user support.
  • Previous experience in the OIL sector (fuels, lubricants or derivatives).
  • Experience in projects with high regulatory complexity.
  • SAP SD or IS-Oil certification.
  • Experience delivering training (Train the Trainer).
  • Experience in hybrid environments and large-scale projects.
