About the role

  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective);
  • Ensure the adoption of Agile, Scrum and Kanban best practices, in accordance with the company’s governance model;
  • Support project management and strategic initiatives, with a focus on AI and data projects;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, technical leads and stakeholders to remove impediments;
  • Monitor performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs, agile metrics and project metrics);
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes, rituals and project governance artifacts;
  • Support tracking of schedules, risks, dependencies and team capacity;
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication between technical and business areas;
  • Act as an agent of continuous improvement and help evolve the organization’s agile maturity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or PMO in agile environments;
  • Experience in technology projects, preferably involving Artificial Intelligence, Data or Analytics;
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and agile practices;
  • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives;
  • Good communication and ability to act as a facilitator between technical teams and business areas;
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP or similar) (desirable);
  • Experience in Agile PMO or Agile Governance structures (desirable);
  • Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning or Data Science (non-technical) (desirable);
  • Experience in large organizations or regulated environments (desirable).
