About the role

  • Working on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project for a company in the Oil sector, currently in the Realize (Build) phase.
  • Responsible for the functional lead of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
  • Ensure adherence to S/4HANA best practices, SAP standard, Fiori applications and Clean Core principles.
  • Prepare, conduct and document Workshops A and B according to the project methodology.
  • Elicit and document business requirements and To-Be processes.
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions prioritizing SAP standard and Clean Core.
  • Configure the SAP SD module according to the approved design.
  • Apply Oil industry best practices, using the industry solution as the baseline and the TAXBRJ scheme as a premise.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules and solutions (TM, SAC, IBP, aATP, Tax One).
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Support the technical team and carry out unit testing of customizations.
  • Lead integration testing and participate in UAT.
  • Provide go-live support and support during the 3 months post go-live.
  • Develop training materials and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Maintain complete documentation of configurations, customizations and implemented processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant (Senior).
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (SD).
  • Experience in the Realize/Build phase.
  • Strong knowledge of: TAXBRJ, configurable materials in SD, Sales and Distribution processes, Logistics.
  • Experience in the Lubricants / Oil sector.
  • Experience leading workshops and requirements gathering.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing and UAT.
  • Experience with integrations between SAP modules.
  • Experience working with Clean Core principles.
  • Experience with SAP BTP and BRF+ (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Fiori applications (desirable).
  • Experience with integrations involving TM, SAC, IBP and aATP (desirable).
  • SAP SD or S/4HANA certification (desirable).
  • Experience in global projects (desirable).
  • Experience delivering training (Train-the-Trainer) (desirable).
