About the role

  • Act as a functional specialist in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • Conduct requirements gathering with business areas (Commercial, Billing, Logistics, Tax, etc.)
  • Design and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices
  • Perform configurations (customizing) in the SD module
  • Support integrations with other modules (FI, MM, WM/EWM, TM, etc.)
  • Work on evolutionary improvements, projects and high-level support
  • Participate in unit and integrated testing and support UAT
  • Prepare functional documentation (specifications, process flows, procedures)
  • Support technical teams in development and integration efforts
  • Ensure adherence to fiscal rules and billing processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior/Specialist SAP SD Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes
  • Experience with pricing, billing, taxes, returns, contracts and logistical integrations
  • Experience in implementation and/or rollout projects
  • Experience with integrations between SAP modules
  • Ability to act strategically alongside business areas
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach
  • Preferred: experience in the industrial, oil & gas or consumer goods sectors; knowledge of S/4HANA; experience with integrations via IDoc/interfaces; knowledge of Brazil localization
