About the role

  • Understand user and business needs through meetings with stakeholders, POs and the technical team;
  • Map user flows and user journeys for web systems and ERP integrations;
  • Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and screen specifications;
  • Define and evolve the product visual language (components, grids, typography, icons, spacing);
  • Work with design systems and reusable component libraries;
  • Specify interactions and microinteractions (error states, loading, empty states, visual feedback);
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of interfaces (handoff);
  • Support usability testing and validation of hypotheses with users;
  • Document UI/UX patterns to ensure consistency across projects;
  • Contribute to prioritizing UX improvements based on data (e.g., errors, task time, user feedback).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Design, Digital Design, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields;
  • Practical experience (internships, academic or professional projects) in interface design for digital products;
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools (preferably Figma);
  • Familiarity with visual hierarchy, grid systems, typography, color and spacing;
  • Responsive design (desktop / tablet / mobile);
  • UX concepts (usability heuristics, basic accessibility, navigation flow);
  • Ability to create wireframes and simple navigable prototypes;
  • Proven experience in complex web product projects (dashboards, internal systems, ERPs, B2B portals);
  • Experience with design systems (creation or maintenance);
  • Ability to decompose complex problems into clear user flows;
  • Experience in detailed handoff to development (annotations, specs, tokens, component states);
  • Practical knowledge of accessibility best practices (basic WCAG);
  • Experience in usability testing (planning, conducting and synthesizing learnings).
