About the role
- You will be a key player in accelerating the generation of new opportunities at a growing software and technology company.
- Actively prospect companies (outbound) in target markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear fit criteria.
- Execute multichannel cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Conduct discovery meetings to map pain points and needs.
- Log interactions and opportunities in the CRM with discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide feedback to improve scripts, cadences, and the ICP.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR, Pre-Sales Representative, or Inside Sales (mid-level).
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/technology.
- Strong skills in active prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; results-driven.
- Availability for a hybrid working model.
- Differentials: experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Prior experience at startups or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
- Ability to read materials and participate in trainings in English.
