About the role

  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective)
  • Ensure the application of Agile, Scrum and Kanban best practices, in accordance with the company's governance model
  • Support the management of projects and strategic initiatives, with a focus on AI and data projects
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, technical leads and stakeholders to remove impediments
  • Monitor performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs, agile and project metrics)
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes, rituals and project governance artifacts
  • Support control of schedules, risks, dependencies and team capacity
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication between technical and business areas
  • Serve as an agent of continuous improvement and help advance the organization’s agile maturity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or PMO in agile environments
  • Experience in technology projects, preferably involving Artificial Intelligence, Data or Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and agile practices
  • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Good communication skills and the ability to act as a facilitator between technical teams and business areas
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP or similar)
  • Experience in Agile PMO structures or Agile Governance
  • Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning or Data Science (non-technical)
  • Experience in large organizations or regulated environments.
