Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinates the daily workflow of the project team
Driving the requirements process through a structured project lifecycle
Ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders
Directs the daily activities of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Technical Analysts
Manages team assignments and task distribution
Develops and maintains detailed project schedules
Manages the transition between project phases
Produces comprehensive status reports
Ensures all project activities meet specific compliance standards
Acts as the primary point of contact between technical teams and high-level business stakeholders
Proactively identifies project bottlenecks and escalates critical risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience leading high-stakes consulting programs and managing large-scale IT or data services projects
Professional Certification: Must be PMO or PMI (PMP) certified
Proven experience or deep functional knowledge of navigating government agencies or highly regulated public sector environments
Demonstrated ability to manage formal project lifecycles, Gantt charts, and complex dependency mapping
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a high-pressure, deliverable-based environment.
Nice to have - finance transformation, billing, AR, collections knowledge
