About the role

AI-first workflow development (primary focus)
Development of smart AI applications and automations that solve real business problems
Building LLM workflows (e.g., with GPT, Copilot, or agents)
Automation of classification, data enrichment, summarization, and assistant functions
Development of prompts, guardrails, and reusable AI components
Workflow engineering with n8n
Building, maintaining, and optimizing n8n workflows for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
Bug analysis, stabilization of automations, retries, alerts and logging
Development of scalable integrations via APIs and webhooks
Salesforce and business systems integration

Several years of experience developing AI-powered or automated workflows
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models and integration patterns
Experience with automation tools such as n8n or similar tools like Zapier or Make
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Fluent German (at least C1) and conversational English (at least B2)
