About the role

  • You create creative, audience-focused LinkedIn posts with a personal tone and present content effectively
  • You manage the publication of posts and monitor reach and engagement to continuously optimize content
  • You actively foster dialogue on LinkedIn and strengthen interaction through targeted, personal community management
  • You pick up on current economic and geopolitical developments and translate them into relevant, opinion-driven content ideas or comments
  • You work closely with management to position key messages authentically, clearly, and consistently
  • You coordinate regularly with the colleague responsible for the corporate LinkedIn account to ensure clear delineation and complementarity
  • You make targeted use of graphics and visuals provided by our designer to create attention-grabbing content

Requirements

  • A strong interest in economic policy, industry, geopolitics, and international affairs – ideally with relevance to the manufacturing industry (not required)
  • Excellent feel for language and a confident, creative command of German; English skills are a plus
  • A good understanding of LinkedIn as a communication, opinion-shaping, and branding platform
  • Initial practical experience in social media, communications, content creation, or editorial work is an advantage
  • A structured, reliable, and discreet working style with a high standard of quality
