About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll build internal apps, AI workflows, AI agents, and backend integrations powering Finance and Supply Chain operations for a Tier-1 client.
The work spans Python services, React front-ends, API and enterprise integrations, and Temporal-based durable workflows — plus production support for what you ship.
This is a hands-on IC role for engineers who move fast, build reliable software, and can drive ambiguous business workflows to done with minimal hand-holding.
Some engineers in this role will be evaluated against the client's own senior engineering standards, so we hire people who can hold that bar.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Build internal applications and tools end to end — Python backends, React front-ends, and the APIs between them.
Design and implement AI workflows and AI agents that automate real Finance and Supply Chain processes.
Model long-running, stateful business processes as durable Temporal workflows — orchestration, retries, human-in-the-loop steps, exception handling.
Build backend and enterprise integrations (ERPs, finance/supply-chain systems, third-party APIs, internal services).
Own production support for your systems: monitoring, debugging, incident response, and iterative hardening.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable, well-scoped software with limited direction.
