Key responsibilities & impact

Strengthen, build and lead the Ground Studies team (3 engineers and 1 technician)
You will take charge of the Ground Studies Unit, France
Support individual growth
Ensure collective performance
Design large-scale ground projects (50%)
In the early phase, perform technical sizing calculations
Monitor tariff developments to inform positioning decisions
During execution, manage detailed studies up to construction start

Requirements

What you’ll need

Manage and structure the Ground Studies team (50%)
You are responsible for meeting design deadlines and optimizing the technical and economic performance of projects
Strong technical interest and experience working on large-scale projects
Prepare technical dossiers for tender responses
Lead and produce multi-package execution studies
Understand the constraints and priorities of development and construction teams
English required – Spanish and/or German desirable.
