Monitor and analyze daily production and performance of photovoltaic plants to ensure portfolio targets are met
Analyze malfunctions, propose solutions and improvement actions to optimize and improve plant performance
Prepare technical and financial performance reports
Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
Manage day-to-day operations of solar plants (claims management, client and supplier invoicing follow-up, monitoring and implementation of safety obligations …)
Actively participate in the life of the department: market/watch monitoring, procedures, methods, insurance…
Upload installations to the monitoring tool
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations according to the planned schedule
Oversee cleaning operations and associated administrative management
Follow up on after-sales service cases (notably manufacturer warranties)
Perform quality control of equipment
Provide stock recommendations to meet our contractual commitments
Establish partnerships to subcontract maintenance for remote plants
Conduct audits and performance analyses
Ensure preservation of manufacturer warranties for our equipment
Perform technical audits of preventive maintenance procedures and of our equipment
Ensure compliance with our contractual commitments to our insurers
Establish and maintain the contractual relationship with E&M clients
Implement maintenance and operations contracts
Contribute to the preparation of preventive maintenance invoices
Contribute to the preparation of the preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with contracts
Contribute to meeting contractual commitments (notably in terms of response times)
Contribute to monitoring spare parts inventory
Report activities to internal and external clients
Formalize client intervention reports
Prepare monthly client summaries
Monitor the handover of projects to operations and maintain the relationship with the site host
Track the project handover schedule to operations
Follow up on the resolution of punch-list items
Maintain regular contact with our site hosts
Coordinate relationships with the various stakeholders involved in plant operations and maintenance
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally from an engineering school, with a strong interest in technical and innovative environments
Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector
Ability to manage the performance of an assigned portfolio
Ability to analyze a plant's production
Technical knowledge of project management (costs, deadlines, scheduling, budget)
Use and interpret data on our monitoring platform (Synaptic)
Rigorous and organized
Good communicator with strong oral and written skills
Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus!
