About the role

  • Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects and engagements
  • Forecast demand and develop resource plans to meet current and future needs
  • Own and maintain a resource scheduling system (non-Excel)
  • Act as the key escalation point for all resourcing challenges
  • Work closely with Sales & Pre-Sales on upcoming project requirements
  • Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
  • Lead resource planning meetings and provide strategic insight
  • Analyse utilisation and performance data to drive improvements
  • Ensure projects are resourced in line with budget, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations and administration
  • Resource management, planning, workforce scheduling or similar/transferable experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
