About the role
- Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects and engagements
- Forecast demand and develop resource plans to meet current and future needs
- Own and maintain a resource scheduling system (non-Excel)
- Act as the key escalation point for all resourcing challenges
- Work closely with Sales & Pre-Sales on upcoming project requirements
- Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
- Lead resource planning meetings and provide strategic insight
- Analyse utilisation and performance data to drive improvements
- Ensure projects are resourced in line with budget, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations and administration
- Resource management, planning, workforce scheduling or similar/transferable experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
