About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship production-ready features across the stack with minimal oversight
Own complex UI/UX flows using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and DaisyUI
Independently deliver backend features using Node.js, Fastify, and Postgres

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js
Strong UI/UX instincts and the ability to craft polished, intuitive interfaces
Ability to independently own backend features (Node.js, Postgres, Fastify)
Exceptional communication, resilience, and product intuition
Proven success in high-autonomy, high-ownership environments
Zero ego, high intrinsic motivation, and willingness to work long hours when needed
Ability to thrive without managerial oversight—because we don’t have managers
