About the role
- Provide first-level technical support to customers
- Address inquiries and investigate more complex technical issues
- Maintain communication with vendors/manufacturers to resolve cases
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for forensic tools
- Interact with manufacturers to resolve incidents
- Identify technical failures and propose solutions
- Support technical onboarding for clients
- Contribute to the development of internal procedures and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Postgraduate studies or currently enrolled in Information Security, Digital Forensics, or related areas is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of at least three primary tools such as Cellebrite, AXIOM, NUIX, OpenText, and other solutions sold by TechBiz
- Ability to diagnose issues in operating systems, networks, applications, and perform log analysis
- Practical hardware knowledge for maintenance and support of products sold by TechBiz
- Knowledge of virtualization, forensic environments, and handling of digital images
- Intermediate technical English (writing, reading, and speaking)
