About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical reference for project and IT teams
- Participate in all phases of the AI project lifecycle
- Define and promote technical standards and AI best practices
- Provide AI technical expertise and challenge architectural decisions
- Select and oversee the use of LLMs (large language models)
- Ensure the scalability, robustness and interoperability of models
- Contribute to defining key environmental performance indicators
- Maintain continuous monitoring of advances in AI
- Support cross‑functional teams in adopting AI development best practices
- Propose and supervise the implementation of technical improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead / Lead Data / Senior ML Engineer
- Strong knowledge of AI project processes (ideation, experimentation/prototyping, productionization)
- Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, the AI Act, GDPR)
- Significant experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production
- Proven expertise with generative AI models
- In‑depth knowledge of GPU infrastructures
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
