About the role

  • Definition and deployment of the program-wide test strategy
  • Coordination of testing activities across multiple streams and teams
  • Acting as the pivot between business, IT and QA teams
  • Steering test campaigns (SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end)
  • Overseeing defect tracking, prioritization and securing releases to production
  • Implementing quality metrics and producing reporting
  • Identifying quality risks and proposing remediation plans
  • Supporting teams in adopting QA best practices and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to test industrialization and automation

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in testing / quality assurance
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead / QA Lead on multi-project or multi-team programs
  • Strong ability to define and drive a test strategy at program level
  • Excellent coordination, communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in structured, demanding and high-stakes environments
  • Good command of test management tools (Jira, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of agile or hybrid environments and of test automation challenges
  • Experience in banking, insurance or regulated environments is highly appreciated
