About the role

  • Design and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices that integrate AI models
  • Take part in integrating AI modules into existing banking systems
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models to production
  • Optimize processing performance, resilience, and scalability
  • Contribute to CI/CD best practices and code quality (unit tests, code reviews, documentation)

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Java / Spring Boot development
  • Experience on projects involving AI / Machine Learning (inference APIs, scoring, NLP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial domain
  • Proficiency with CI/CD environments (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker)
  • Technical curiosity, team spirit, and a passion for AI innovation
