About the role
- Gather, analyze and challenge requirements from business teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance)
- Write clear, structured and actionable user stories, including business rules, acceptance criteria and edge cases
- Ensure backlog quality (prioritization, functional consistency, regulatory traceability)
- Facilitate scoping, design and clarification workshops
- Lead and manage project meetings (business workshops, steering committees, progress updates), ensuring smooth and effective communication between stakeholders
- Participate in defining and evolving the regulatory reporting production chains (data sources, controls, calculation rules)
- Contribute to functional testing: prepare scenarios, execute tests, and track and qualify defects
- Provide clear, structured and decision-oriented project reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis within a banking and regulatory context (regulatory reporting experience appreciated: DORA, FINREP, COREP, SURFI…)
- Strong understanding of banking Finance / Risk / Reporting processes
- Excellent writing skills, especially for clear and actionable user stories (business rules, acceptance criteria)
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings and to bridge business and IT
- Comfortable working in regulated and complex environments
- Professional working proficiency in English required (international environment)
