About the role

  • Prepare technical documents in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Research, compile and document vehicle data.
  • Enter researched data from external systems into internal software.
  • Provide technical support to our workshop customers via the technical hotline.
  • Independently ensure data quality by maintaining, updating and verifying existing data.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of passenger car technology and/or heavy commercial vehicle technology; ideally completed apprenticeship in automotive mechatronics plus several years’ experience as a mechatronics technician.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable with IT.
  • Structured, careful, focused and quality-conscious working style.
  • Committed, motivated personality with good teamworking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Fluency in German (min. B2); basic knowledge of English.
