About the role
- Support for daily IT operations (1st/2nd level)
- User administration and permissions management in our cloud systems
- Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint & Entra ID)
- Atlassian Jira & Confluence administration
- Miro cloud backup solutions
- Creation of reports and analyses (e.g., user or license reporting)
- Documentation of processes and preparation of basic user guides
- Participation in small IT projects and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in an IT or computer science program
- Basic understanding of modern cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID) and Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- General IT fundamentals (endpoint support, basic networking knowledge)
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Willingness to learn and take on new topics
- Initial experience with Power BI, PowerShell and Power Automate (nice-to-haves)
- Interest in process automation and reporting (nice-to-haves)
