About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead qualification and identification: conduct qualification calls for inbound leads and for prospects contacted via outreach.
  • Pipeline follow-up and closing: manage the full sales cycle in our CRM from initial contact through to contract signature, sharing leads with the CEO who also participates in sales.
  • Banking strategy support: advocate for and develop partnerships with banks so that the Climate Dividend becomes the primary criterion for impact lending.

Requirements

What youโ€™ll need
  • Proven handsโ€‘on experience and solid understanding of avoided emissions / carbon accounting / ESG (we do not have capacity to train on these topics at present).
  • Sales experience, with strong CRM skills (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English (approximately one third of our leads are nonโ€‘French speakers).
