Business Development โ Climate Dividends
Team for the Planet ๐ฌ๐ง๐บ๐ธSales professional imposing the new 'Climate Dividend' KPI standard for companies. Working remotely to manage leads and support banking partnerships for impact loans.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead qualification and identification: conduct qualification calls for inbound leads and for prospects contacted via outreach.
- Pipeline follow-up and closing: manage the full sales cycle in our CRM from initial contact through to contract signature, sharing leads with the CEO who also participates in sales.
- Banking strategy support: advocate for and develop partnerships with banks so that the Climate Dividend becomes the primary criterion for impact lending.
Requirements
What youโll need- Proven handsโon experience and solid understanding of avoided emissions / carbon accounting / ESG (we do not have capacity to train on these topics at present).
- Sales experience, with strong CRM skills (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Fluent in English (approximately one third of our leads are nonโFrench speakers).
