About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform an expert platform into an intuitive conversion engine
- Analyze the current user journey and identify friction points
- Reorganize information architecture to improve clarity
- Redesign calls-to-action to guide user engagement
- Verify and monitor analytics tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- UX/UI expert with strong business awareness and a focus on conversion
- Proficient in Webflow and ideally familiar with Claude Code
- General knowledge of ESG, impact, and sustainable finance
- Specific knowledge of avoided emissions / carbon accounting is a plus
- Able to propose 'High Impact / Low Dev' improvements
