About the role
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing an excellent reception
- Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant, and customer-focused environment
- Ensure that customer-facing documentation is stocked in sufficient quantities
- Manage the production of price lists in accordance with current legislation and ensure final vehicle delivery compliance
- Grow your client base through prospecting activities
- Maintain and follow up customer relationships
- Provide customer information and reception
- Meet the commercial objectives set while adhering to the company charter
- Supervise delivery dossiers
- Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
- Participate in certain business events
- Support the Brand Manager in daily activities
Requirements
- Develop your sales approach
- Integrate and ensure quality in your daily work
- Take into account customers’ requests and needs
- Comfortable with computers (MS Office)
