About the role

  • You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality customer reception.
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant and customer-focused environment.
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation is stocked in sufficient quantities and corresponds to the products offered.
  • Produce price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure the final delivery of the vehicle complies with standards.
  • Develop your customer base through prospecting activities.
  • Manage and follow up customer relationships.
  • Provide customer information and reception.
  • Achieve commercial objectives set while respecting the company charter.
  • Supervise delivery dossiers.
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranty, etc.).
  • Participate in certain business events.
  • Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive sector required.
  • With strong sales experience, you pay particular attention to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine your commercial approach.
  • Integrate and guarantee quality in your daily work.
  • Take into account customers' requests and needs.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Strong organizational skills.
