About the role
- Supervise the accounting production for 6 companies within the Group, and manage a team composed of an accounting manager and 3 accountants
- Monitor tax matters and keep up to date with tax regulatory developments
- Lead and participate in quarterly closing processes
- Ensure the completion of annual closings: prepare review files and substantiate the various accounting balances
- Interact with the external chartered accountant and statutory auditors
- Manage daily cash flow, produce cash forecasts and analyze financing needs
- Be proactive and attentive to the needs of operational teams
- Implement processes to secure and streamline data flows
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance — e.g., DCG/DSCG (or equivalent)
- You have at least 5 years of experience as an accounting manager / financial manager
- Ideally with experience in automotive services or in the distribution of capital equipment
- Proficient with IT tools, accounting software (SAGE preferred) and French accounting standards
- A proactive contributor with proven managerial skills
- Autonomy, team spirit and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role
