About the role
- Supervise the accounting production for six Group companies and manage a team composed of a chief accountant and three accountants
- Ensure tax monitoring and stay up to date with fiscal regulatory developments
- Lead and participate in quarterly closing processes
- Be responsible for the preparation of annual financial closings
- Liaise with the external accounting firm and statutory auditors
- Manage daily cash flow, prepare cash forecasts and analyze cash requirements
- Proactively propose improvements and respond to the needs of operational teams
- Implement processes to secure and streamline data flows
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Management — e.g., DCG/DSCG
- At least 5 years' experience as an accounting manager or financial manager
- Proficiency with IT tools and accounting software (SAGE preferred) and knowledge of French accounting standards
- Strong managerial skills
- Autonomy, team spirit and adaptability
