About the role
- Meet with clients in their homes or virtually to discuss their needs and take measurements
- Create functional, attractive closet designs using company-approved design software
- Prepare clear proposals, accurate pricing, and all necessary project details
- Present designs to clients in a way that's easy to understand
- Coordinate with the production and installation team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of client meetings, designs, and sales
- Participate in occasional trade shows and promotional events
- Follow up with clients to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
- Join weekly team meetings to share updates and ideas
- Travel within Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Dauphin, and Cumberland counties
- Work full-time with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend client meetings
Requirements
- A minimum of one year in sales or customer service
- Proven ability to take accurate measurements
- Prior design experience and knowledge of spatial planning and design principles are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and vendors
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable learning CRM tools and company design software
- Able to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.
