About the role
- Coordinate the intake and assembly of tax documents in paper and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage office workflows, including supplies, mail, scanning, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with IT to support equipment setup, meeting logistics, and technology needs
- Assist with projects such as quarterly payroll filings, 1099 preparation, and other special assignments from leadership
- Supervise administrative staff and oversee reception coverage to maintain smooth daily operations
- Work full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Requirements
- 3+ years of office administrative experience with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities; leadership experience is a plus
- Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates integrity, and handles client interactions with care & respect
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Versatile team player with strong interpersonal skills who works well across all firm levels
- Willing to share knowledge, guide colleagues, and foster a positive, growth-focused environment; training or coaching experience is a plus
