About the role
- Manage a commercial and HOA accounts portfolio, including contracts, enhancements, and renewals
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, responding to concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular property walks and audits to confirm quality and identify opportunities
- Propose, estimate, and sell landscape enhancements and upgrades
- Collaborate with production teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to company standards
- Monitor hours, budgets, and job progress to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
- Support field crews by coordinating resources, reinforcing safety, and providing training
- Manage contract renewals by demonstrating value and recommending scope adjustments
- Work full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week), with travel up to one hour from the office
Requirements
- 3+ years in landscape account management, project management, or a customer-facing role in the green industry
- Strong horticulture and plant knowledge with an understanding of seasonal needs
- Degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or related field preferred but not required
- Experience proposing, estimating, and selling landscape enhancements
- Experience managing commercial and HOA accounts, contracts, and renewals
- Ability to conduct property walks and quality audits
- Ability to monitor hours, budgets, and job progress to ensure profitability
- Experience supporting and coordinating field crews
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coaching and leadership abilities; team-focused
- Organized, dependable, and growth-minded
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work full-time Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) and travel up to one hour from the office
