Working Student Sales
TEACHY UpskillingSales role in a remote EdTech startup assisting families in choosing educational programs. Responsibilities include leading sales conversations and managing relationships with clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take responsibility for your own sales area.
- Conduct sales and advisory conversations.
- Convert qualified leads into structured consultation meetings.
- Sell high-value programs in the range of CHF 2,000 – 30,000.
- Close deals clearly, reliably and with appreciation for the customer.
- Provide feedback to Marketing (lead quality, messaging, objections).
- Propose small process improvements within Sales.
- Work closely with Marketing, Matching and Customer Success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled university student
- Interest in sales and performance
- Willingness to take responsibility for revenue
- Work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
- Open to feedback and eager to develop your sales skills
- Advantageous: experience in sales, customer contact or consulting
- Understanding of Swiss German
- Residence in southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria) or close to Switzerland
