Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) instruction or guiding experience.
- Instructor certification preferred (ACA SUP, WPA, or PSUPA) — not required.
- Current CPR/First Aid and strong water-safety judgment; knowledge of paddle technique, balance, and reading wind and current.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
