Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater).
- Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required.
- Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
