Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of breathwork facilitation experience (group or 1-on-1).
Facilitator certification preferred (Wim Hof Method, conscious connected/circular breathing, Pranayama, or Holotropic-style) — not required.
Skilled in both down-regulating and activating techniques, with safe screening and pacing for all levels.
Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
