About the role
- Support hardware installation and configuration
- Monitor batch schedules and take actions as necessary
- Manage tape backups, including physical tape handling
- Diagnose and troubleshoot employee issues with personal computers and related systems
- Provide support services to employees with technical problems
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors required
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBi
- PLC and HMI programming knowledge: Contrologix, Siemens, Omron is a plus
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- SAP or ERP system knowledge is a plus
- MES Expertise is a plus
- Web design, SQL, Database, Python expertise is a plus
- Intermediate English Write and Speak
