About the role
- Shape and deliver the Energy BU’s growth agenda, driving organic and inorganic opportunities.
- Assess markets, define execution plans, and lead strategic projects.
- Build and manage an M&A pipeline from target identification to transaction execution.
- Lead due diligence and coordinate transactions; evaluate targets.
- Maintain market models, competitive intelligence, and industry insights.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives to ensure revenue and margin goals; mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Strong background in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects; energy sector experience a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across cultures.
- MBA or Master’s preferred, but not required.
