About the role
- Support quality engineers in improving the handling of non-conformities
- Improve the recording and tracking of product and customer order configuration statuses
- Compile and analyze data
- Use problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes
- Propose improvements and implement them
- Create and revise processes
- Update and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a university master's program
- Comfortable communicating in French and English, both written and spoken
- Team player with a desire to contribute operationally to the group's strategy
