About the role
- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition (TA) partner to the business and HR, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain effective sourcing channels, including proactive sourcing approaches, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Apply appropriate interview techniques and assessments to evaluate candidates against key success criteria.
- Ensure timely follow-up on feedback and provide market insights when needed to support hiring decisions.
- Lead the offer process from proposal drafting through approvals and offer delivery to external candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR services team to ensure a smooth pre-onboarding experience.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the external talent market.
- Drive key recruitment KPIs to deliver high-performance outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as recruitment fee processing and document filing.
- Act as a key TA contributor in special projects, including fresh graduate hiring campaigns and cross-functional HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in either in-house or agency environments.
- Strong knowledge of the South Korean talent market, including experience with local job boards and sourcing channels.
- Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo) is a plus.
- Native-level Korean (spoken and written); business proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Strong learning agility, accountability, and proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Ability to travel to the plant for 4–9 days a month, depending on the business situation.
