Engineer

• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in electrical component and assembly testing
• Develop and optimize test specifications and methodologies for electrical components and assemblies
• Design and implement complex tests using state-of-the-art equipment
• Create, review, and estimate electrical component test plans
• Lead the development of new sample preparation techniques and testing procedures, creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for the team
• Perform in-depth data analysis and interpretation, identifying trends, potential failures, and opportunities for product improvement
