About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our auto insurance customers on inbound calls
- After providing high-quality auto insurance advice, you will sell our award-winning health products over the phone (e.g., supplemental dental insurance or pet health insurance)
- You participate in sales incentives and campaigns to boost your results
- Regular exchange with your colleagues to develop together and become even more successful
- You will not perform cold calling or external appointment setting
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telephone sales
- Telesales consultants with a strong sales background from any industry are welcome
- Ideally, you have experience in the insurance sector (auto, add-on products)
- You are driven by commission; our commissions are uncapped
- Fluent German, spoken and written
