About the role

  • Serve as a strategic leader of the POD, balancing business outcomes and technical delivery to maximize the value of financial and digital banking products and services.
  • Act as a bridge between business strategy and technology execution, ensuring product roadmaps align with organizational goals, member needs, and market dynamics.
  • Accountable for execution of the strategy for product, defining and maintaining the 1-year product roadmap, the release plan, backlog, and priorities within the POD.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, optimization, and retirement.
  • Lead collaborative discussions with internal stakeholders, including MX, UX, Product Management, Operations, and Technology, to define the "why" and "what" of the product while supporting the "how" through Agile delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or Business, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Product Owner Agile professional certification required.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.
  • 5–7 years in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or business/IT roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Agile methodologies such as SAFEs, Scrum and Kanban.
