About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer-first approach with a proven understanding of how to uncover key business objectives and how to maximise customer value
- Management of high-volume Inbound & Outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach
- Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk research
- Comfortable prioritising competing workload demands to ensure the meeting of sales targets.
- Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences always
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.
- Document all relevant prospect & customer interactions on CRM (SFDC)
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process
- Review & report on daily, monthly & quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Communicate customer successes to Managers in a clear & concise way
- Partner with colleagues to facilitate best-practice sharing and continual learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Min 5+ years of directly relevant sales experience (preferable) B2B or Tech or Advertising sector and with specific KPI/ quota assigned.
- Candidates must demonstrate a minimum C1-level proficiency in English, as well as in the language of their assigned market.
- Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a new business, customer acquisitions environment and within a target driven environment.
- Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer $ investment over time
- Marketing knowledge gained in a professional or educational setting
- Skilled at competitive selling to win new business based a strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem & LinkedIn’s core competitive advantage
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format
- An ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations
- Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude - a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paced start-up environment
- Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and zoom meetings
- Salesforce experience / prior exposure to a CRM tool
- Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency
