About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Customer-first approach with a proven understanding of how to uncover key business objectives and how to maximise customer value
  • Management of high-volume Inbound & Outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach
  • Ability to identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk research
  • Comfortable prioritising competing workload demands to ensure the meeting of sales targets.
  • Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences always
  • Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Document all relevant prospect & customer interactions on CRM (SFDC)
  • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process
  • Review & report on daily, monthly & quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Communicate customer successes to Managers in a clear & concise way
  • Partner with colleagues to facilitate best-practice sharing and continual learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Min 5+ years of directly relevant sales experience (preferable) B2B or Tech or Advertising sector and with specific KPI/ quota assigned.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a minimum C1-level proficiency in English, as well as in the language of their assigned market.
  • Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a new business, customer acquisitions environment and within a target driven environment.
  • Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer $ investment over time
  • Marketing knowledge gained in a professional or educational setting
  • Skilled at competitive selling to win new business based a strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem & LinkedIn’s core competitive advantage
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format
  • An ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations
  • Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude - a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paced start-up environment
  • Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and zoom meetings
  • Salesforce experience / prior exposure to a CRM tool
  • Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency
