About the role

  • Ensure a thorough support and follow-up at all stages of the Customer Relation
  • General enquiries upstream, selling process and after-sale service with customers throughout different media channels
  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries for any requests
  • Handling and qualifying incoming complaints
  • Transform Direct (Individual customers) and Indirect (agencies) traffic into sales and provide high quality of customer service
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
  • Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers
  • Must be a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
