About the role

  • Maintain and update counterparty reference data across ETRM and Document Management System
  • Perform Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) maintenance for external counterparties and within ETRM
  • Support margin readiness activities, including validation of ETRM records and FCM documentation
  • Facilitate dispute resolution with FCMs related to discrepancies in the margining process
  • Maintain, monitor, and update records for the Control Dashboard on a daily and as‑required basis
  • Monitor the TCE Compliance inbox daily, triaging and responding to inquiries and requests
  • Support process audits, assurance activities, and internal control testing
  • Monitor internal swap reporting submission processes to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Draft and maintain process documentation in collaboration with primary process owners
  • Identify opportunities to enhance counterparty onboarding, and data maintenance processes through improved controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Legal studies, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in risk, compliance, energy trading, or a related control function
  • Experience maintaining data in ETRM systems (e.g., Endur), document management platforms (e.g., OpenText), and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across Compliance, Legal, Trading, and Operations
