You get to know frameworks, tools, clients and projects — through pair programming and code reviews directly within the team
You join one of our ongoing Android projects and take on initial tasks or bug fixes
You jointly plan a new project as an evolution of an existing Android platform
You become Tech Lead for one of our larger Android projects — the contact person for the team and the client
You independently plan project phases and support colleagues with input and fixes
You take responsibility for our internal product
You actively drive the adoption of AI in our projects and processes
You contribute to code reviews and provide clear, early feedback to Design and Product Management
In the long term, you can take on client-facing project responsibility and develop further toward Tech Lead, Kotlin Multiplatform or AI consulting

Requirements

Kotlin is your language — you know Jetpack Compose and Android components inside out
App architectures as well as client/server communication (REST, WebSocket, JSON) are part of your daily work
Testing is not an afterthought for you — you have experience with unit, integration and end-to-end tests and know tools such as JUnit, Espresso or Mockk
You know how apps get into the Play Store: Fastlane, Bitrise and the deployment process are familiar to you
You know the Android ecosystem well enough to make informed project decisions
Android Studio, Gradle and Git are part of your daily setup
You already use AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot or Codex
German at C1 level is essential
You have experience in complex projects with interfaces to Design, Product Management and other developer teams
