About the role

  • Lead the implementation of our Credit Risk strategy for credit cards, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth
  • Optimize risk management processes, credit flows, and user experience (UX) to balance customer satisfaction with sound risk practices
  • Continuously enhance credit acceptance criteria, limit management, and anti-fraud measures
  • Monitor and analyze key risk KPIs, ensuring effective risk control and early issue detection
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across analytics, operations, and product to ensure data accuracy and strong decision support
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business direction through your analytical expertise

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Retail Credit Risk management
  • A degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Risk frameworks and proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies
  • Confidence in monitoring and interpreting key risk indicators to support business goals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SQL (knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
