About the role

  • serve as the analytical and systems backbone of the Tax Operations function
  • maintain capacity projections that account for team changes and seasonal volume
  • build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators
  • ensure operational performance is measurable, visible, and predictive

Requirements

  • 3–5 years building reports, managing properties, and maintaining data integrity inside HubSpot or a comparable enterprise CRM (Salesforce is a close second)

  • experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment such as professional services, SaaS operations, logistics, or high-volume service delivery business
