About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review clients’ financial analyses, recent tax returns, IRS transcripts (AT/ROA/WI), and other key data.
- Preparing customized resolution options for clients to choose from.
- Conducting compliance calls to gather missing information or track IRS processing.
- Negotiating with ACS to establish resolutions, including:
- Installment Agreements
- Partial Pay Installment Agreements
- Currently Non-Collectible status
- Step-Installment Agreements
- Penalty Abatement requests
- Advocating for clients with creativity, empathy, and unwavering integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Enrolled Agent license or CPA.
- Active PTIN and established E-services account on IRS.gov.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.
