About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review clients’ financial analyses, recent tax returns, IRS transcripts (AT/ROA/WI), and other key data.
  • Preparing customized resolution options for clients to choose from.
  • Conducting compliance calls to gather missing information or track IRS processing.
  • Negotiating with ACS to establish resolutions, including:

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Enrolled Agent license or CPA.
  • Active PTIN and established E-services account on IRS.gov.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.
